About these terms
These terms apply to shopping with Aromat Fragrances through this website. Please read the product information and our shipping, returns and privacy policies before ordering. You must be legally able to make a purchase or have permission from a parent or guardian where required.
Our fragrances
Product descriptions, sizes and prices are shown on the relevant product pages. Images are illustrative: colours, packaging details and the appearance of a bottle can vary with lighting and screens. Fragrance development, projection and longevity vary with skin, climate and use; descriptions are not a guarantee of an identical experience for every person.
Safe use
Fragrances are for external use only. Avoid eyes, broken or irritated skin, and keep out of reach of children and pets. Stop using a product if irritation occurs and seek medical advice when needed. Fragrances may contain alcohol: keep away from heat and flames. Follow any safety and ingredient information supplied with the product and contact us before purchase if you have a known sensitivity.
Prices, availability and payment
Prices are displayed in PKR. Available delivery charges and the order total are shown before submission when checkout is enabled. Products and delivery are subject to availability. Use only the payment options and receiving instructions provided by the store. A manually submitted payment reference or proof is subject to verification and is not itself confirmation that payment has been accepted.
Orders and corrections
Submitting an order does not guarantee availability or dispatch. We may need to contact you about a stock, delivery, pricing or payment issue before fulfilment. We will explain any proposed correction and will not substitute a different fragrance or increase an agreed charge without your consent. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will arrange the applicable refund.
Changes, returns and support
Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Delivery and returns are handled under the policies published on this website, together with any rights required by law. Keep your order reference and private order link safe, and do not share another person's information without authority.
Applicable rights and updates
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates apply to future purchases; changes do not remove rights relating to an existing order. Please use the contact options on this website for questions or complaints.
